My house sat on the market with a different realtor for eight months with no offers. Then I switched to the Incredible Amanda Longman. She sold my house in 1 month. It was an extremely complicated property due to it being built before permits were required. One time she even sent me an email at 11 PM, summarizing the most boring regional district rules that she had read up on. Stuff that I couldn’t possibly understand but somehow she made it make sense. Her Rolodex must be huge because she always had some expert that she could consult with for answers.
On a personal level, I really connected with Amanda because we were both single moms in the past yet never played that card for sympathy. She is intelligent, ethical, and has a positive attitude. She also has the ability to get along with people from any walk of life.
